Equity

Creating fair opportunities by recognizing and addressing systemic barriers that prevent certain groups from fully participating. Unlike equality, which treats everyone the same, equity provides support to ensure everyone has what they need to succeed.

Inclusion

Active effort to create environments where all individuals feel welcomed, valued, and empowered. It ensures that diverse voices are heard, respected, and integrated into decision-making processes.
